1. No order will commence manufacture until a 60% deposit has been received and reflected and the balance payable before delivery. No goods will be delivered or collected until full payment has been received and reflected. (Please use Invoice numbers a reference when paying)

2. Once the 60% deposit has been paid, this will signify that the client BOTH understands AND agrees to all the terms and conditions set out below.

3. Any amounts outstanding after a 30-day period will be subject to monthly 3% interest charge.

4. Manufacture lead time of 6-8 weeks will only begin upon receipt of ALL fabrics & finishes.

5. RAW will not be responsible for the following:
- any goods damaged by third party after delivery or customer-own-collection.
- Quantities on fabric shortages on customised orders
- Delays in production due to non-receipt of all fabrics per order
- Delays in production due to unforeseeable or events beyond RAW’s control

6. No orders can be cancelled after RAW PO’s have been sent to manufacturers and production has commenced. All variation orders need to be mailed to RAW so new quotes and invoices can be generated and paid for.

7. RAW reserves the right to use its own discretion for dimensions and product specification details if proper drawings / specified dimensions are not supplied by the client or their nominated designer.

8. All goods invoiced and not paid for in full; remain the property of RAW.

9. All quotations expire after 14 calendar days.

10. RAW requires the following to proceed with manufacture:
- A signed off quote to be mailed
- A formal and valid purchase order (PO) the be generated and sent with all relevant company details
- 60% deposit with a mailed Proof of Payment (POP)
- receipt of all correct fabric quantity & finishes

11. RAW will not deliver to a building site unless the client has indemnified RAW of any comebacks or damages.

12. Standing time and delivery delays will be charged at R950.00 excl per hour.

13. In the event a client wishes to return stock, all collections will be at the expense of the client unless it’s a manufacturing flaw.

14. The client agrees to collect or take full delivery of all manufactured stock within 5 working days of order completion date. If stock is not collected or delivered, RAW reserves the right to charge.

R250.00 excl per item per day for storage.

15. RAW reserves the right to deliver stock to the clients nominated address but can and will NOT assist in moving existing furniture nor install the delivered furniture unless this service has been paid for and pre-arranged. RAW will not install headboards unless pre-arranged.

16. No returns on customised orders will be accepted.
