TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum Project Value – RAW Manufacturing works exclusively with trade clients, with a minimum project value of R350,000.
Manufacture & Payment – No order will commence production until a 60% deposit has been received and reflected, with the balance payable before delivery. No goods will be delivered or collected until full payment has been received and cleared. (Please use invoice numbers as a reference when making payment.)
Deposit & Agreement – Payment of the 60% deposit signifies that the client understands and agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined below.
Outstanding Payments – Any amounts outstanding after 30 days will incur a 3% monthly interest charge.
Manufacture Lead Time – Production lead time of 6-8 weeks will only begin upon receipt of all fabrics and finishes required for the project.
RAW Will Not Be Responsible For:
Any goods damaged by a third party after delivery or customer collection.
Shortages on fabric supplied by the client for customised orders.
Delays in production due to non-receipt of all fabrics and materials per order.
Delays in production due to unforeseeable circumstances or events beyond RAW’s control.
Order Cancellations & Variations – No orders can be cancelled after RAW purchase orders (POs) have been sent to manufacturers and production has commenced. All variation orders must be emailed to RAW so that revised quotes and invoices can be generated and paid for.
Product Specifications & Dimensions – RAW reserves the right to use its discretion for dimensions and product specifications if proper drawings or specified dimensions are not provided by the client or their nominated designer.
Ownership of Goods – All goods invoiced but not paid for in full remain the property of RAW Manufacturing.
Quotation Validity – All quotations expire after 14 calendar days.
Requirements to Proceed with Manufacture:
A signed-off quote emailed to RAW.
A formal and valid purchase order (PO) with all relevant company details.
A 60% deposit with a proof of payment (POP) emailed to RAW.
Receipt of all correct fabric quantities & finishes as specified.
Site Deliveries – RAW will not deliver to building sites unless the client has provided an indemnity against any damages or comebacks.
Delivery & Standing Time Charges – Any standing time or delivery delays will be charged at R950.00 excl. per hour.
Returns & Collection Costs – If a client wishes to return stock, all collection costs will be at the client's expense, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing flaw.
Stock Collection & Storage Charges – The client agrees to collect or accept full delivery of all manufactured stock within 5 working days of the order completion date. If stock is not collected or delivered within this timeframe, RAW reserves the right to charge R250.00 excl. per item per day for storage.
Delivery & Installation Limitations – RAW reserves the right to deliver to the client's nominated address but will not assist in moving existing furniture or installing delivered furniture unless this service has been pre-arranged and paid for. RAW does not install headboards unless pre-arranged.
Interior Design Assistance – RAW offers advice and assistance on interior design projects; however, interior designers will be charged an hourly rate for consultation and project guidance.
Custom Orders – No returns on customised orders will be accepted.
Delivery Dates & Times – All delivery dates and times are subject to change based on manufacturing schedules and logistical factors.
